I have been doing this month long squat challenge that I wanted to introduce you guys to! It is really not that bad. The beginning was really easy even though I never did squats before. The more you do in one day then it gets a little harder but you just CAN'T give up!! And here's my tip: do not, I repeat do not skip a day because then to make it right you have to make that up which means double the next day and that kills lol. So anyway, I'm on day 14 I believe and I have honestly seen changes. Of course I have a butt, but I'm getting an ass now! *please excuse the language* And not to gross anybody out but the little cellulite I had on my legs has disappeared! I really suggest you try this one out. Of course I'm also riding my bike on the side, usually just around the yard but yesterday I rode my bike to work which was about 10 miles! Woo!
